CLEANERLAB – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CleanerLab mobile application ("Application"), provided by MOBILEDO YAZILIM HIZMETLERI SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using CleanerLab, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
CleanerLab is a mobile application designed to help users organize digital content and manage device storage.
Depending on device compatibility and granted permissions, the Application may provide:
Feature availability may vary depending on the device, operating system, and permissions granted.
2. User Permissions
Certain features require access to your Photos library, Videos, Contacts, or other device resources.
By granting these permissions, you authorize CleanerLab to access the relevant information for the purpose of providing the selected functionality.
You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.
Some Application features may become unavailable if the required permissions are revoked.
3. Photo and Video Management
CleanerLab analyzes supported photos and videos to help identify potentially unnecessary content.
The Application may suggest duplicate, similar, blurry, burst, or large media files for removal.
You remain in control of which items are selected and deleted.
You are responsible for reviewing suggested content before confirming deletion.
4. Recently Deleted Album
On supported Apple devices, photos and videos deleted through CleanerLab may be moved to the Recently Deleted album in the Apple Photos application.
These items generally remain recoverable for up to 30 days.
They may continue to occupy device storage until permanently deleted.
To recover the corresponding storage space sooner, users may need to open the Photos application and permanently delete the selected items from Recently Deleted.
5. Contact Management
CleanerLab may identify duplicate or incomplete contacts and provide options to merge or delete them.
Users are responsible for reviewing suggested contact matches before confirming changes.
Contact merging or deletion may affect information synchronized with iCloud or other accounts, depending on the device configuration.
We recommend maintaining a backup of important contacts before performing bulk operations.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
CleanerLab may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Available subscription options may include:
Subscription prices, durations, and introductory offers will be displayed before purchase.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, subject to the applicable marketplace billing rules.
If a free trial is offered, it may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Payment
Payment is charged to the user's Apple Account or applicable marketplace account upon confirmation of purchase.
Renewal charges may be processed within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Managing and Canceling Subscriptions
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their respective marketplace account settings.

Uninstalling CleanerLab does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Free Trials
Any unused portion of a free trial period may be forfeited when a user purchases a subscription, where applicable.

All intellectual property rights related to CleanerLab, including its software, interface, graphics, trademarks, logos, and content, belong to the Company or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited, except where permitted by applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services
CleanerLab may use third-party services for subscription management, payment processing, analytics, crash reporting, and technical functionality.
Such services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
The Company does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their practices beyond the extent required by applicable law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
CleanerLab is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of CleanerLab.
The Company shall not be responsible for data loss resulting from deletion or merging actions confirmed by users, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using CleanerLab at any time by uninstalling the Application.
The Company may restrict access where permitted by law if these Terms are violated.
Please remember that uninstalling the Application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in other jurisdictions.
